4.3 We reserve the right to limit our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may also exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product that we offer. All descriptions of the products or their pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. 4.7 All product images used on our Website are only representative of products on offer. Actual products may not be exactly the same size, design or packaging.

4.8 The average nutritional intake varies from customer to customer. You understand and agree that the nutritional information provided is devised on a standard 2000k calorie presumed to be undertaken by the customer.

4.9 You understand and agree that the sole consumption of our products does not represent or warrant to provide you with a diet plan or meal plan including without limitation diet plans such as keto diet, paleo diet, atkins diet, LCHF etc. which are intended to be low in carbohydrate.

4.10 Our products are exclusively meant for consumption purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health issues or concerns. We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from the consumption of our products. If you engage in any programs or activities wherein you receive or learn about through our products or Services, you agree that you do so at your own risk and are voluntarily participating in these programs and activities. In the event of any health problems or if any symptoms persist on account of the use of the products, please discontinue the use of the products and contact your doctor within 48 (forty-eight) hours of any such health problems or symptoms.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 The products quoted on the Website are in Indian National Rupees. These prices are inclusive of GST and any applicable taxes but may exclude delivery costs. These will be added to the total amount due where applicable.

5.2 Payment for orders may be made at your discretion. You can pay viz. your credit card or debit card or net banking or via any prepaid instruments as has been detailed under the Website.

5.3 You agree and accept that we shall initiate the delivery of the order only upon due payment received towards the same.

5.4 You acknowledge and agree that the payment gateway platforms provided on our Platform shall direct you to third-party sites or pages or applications that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such sites or pages or applications, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or pages or applications, or for any other data, information, products or services of any third-parties.
